Ground Pro Limited provides geotechnical contracting services including slope stabilisation, soil nailing, retaining wall construction, erosion control, rope access works, and emergency slope covering. All work is subject to a formal quotation and agreement.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the site conditions observed at the time of assessment. Unforeseen ground conditions discovered during works may require scope adjustments, which will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. A deposit may be required before work commences. Progress payments may be invoiced on larger projects. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
We warrant that our work will be carried out in a competent and professional manner in accordance with the project specifications and relevant New Zealand standards. Producer statements (PS3) are provided as documentation of compliance.
Ground Pro Limited carries appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by New Zealand law.
We are committed to maintaining a safe workplace. All work is conducted in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. We are Site Safe members and provide RAMS documentation as standard.
